Xiaomi Redmi 12 5G features a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution. The display has a pixel density of 393 PPI.
The device has a water-drop-shaped notch above the front of the display which houses the selfie camera setup. The power and volume keys are placed on the right side of the handset.
For security purposes, the Redmi 12 features face unlock support and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
